• Country Oaks coordinator will be available from day one of booking.

• Country Oaks Coordinator will go over key details of event and help with wedding planner

• Country Oaks Coordinator will check in at least once a month until day of event

• Rehearsal day of or day before

• Country Oaks Coordinator will have contact with all vendors

• Country Oaks Coordinator will provide a personalized itinerary / time-line for the day of the event

• Country Oaks coordinator will go over and confirm all event day logistics one week before the event.

• The Country Oaks Coordinator will assist you and your team with decorating, ceremony rehearsal and wedding processional including, working with the DJ on timeline for dances and toasts.

  Month of Coordinator ($1,000)

  Week Of Coordinator ($750)

• The Country Oaks coordinator will go over all event day logistics one week before the event.

• The Country Oaks Coordinator will assist you and your team with decorating, ceremony rehearsal and wedding processional, including working with the DJ on timeline for dances and toasts.

Other Important Details

• Day of event coverage is required and can be purchased online for around $250.00. Information is in our contract.

• Security (Police or Sheriff Officers) is mandatory for all events. Minimum tow Officers per event.

Photography Session

2 Hour sessions…. $100

By appointment only!

Access to all photo locations, antique buggee upon request and approval.

Weekend availability only if there is not an event already scheduled.

Use of the Venue for Bridal/ Engagement Photo sessions is included in wedding package for couples who have booked with Country Oaks.
