When are payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?

When the contract is signed, to continue holding the date, we require a $500.00 booking fee to be paid (non-refundable). Depending on your event time frame two payments will be scheduled on the contract.  The final installment will be required 30 days prior to the event.  You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments of any amount in advance of the due date. Full payment is due by the contracted due date.  We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds.  Cash, check or Zelle only for booking fee and all payments please.

How do I reserve a date?

To reserve a date email us at CountryOaksVenue@gmail.com saying you are ready to book your preferred date.  It is also a good idea to include a backup date in case your preferred date is unavailable.  Prior to booking your date, we hope that you can come out and tour our grounds and facility in person, but an in-person tour is not required to book a date.  You can request a tour on our Tour Request page.  We can also do Facetime tours if you are out of the area.  Dates are reserved on a first requested basis and the contract has been executed.

Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?

We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only.  You can request a tour here.

We suggest starting a Friday wedding ceremony at 5:00pm, Saturday wedding ceremony between 4:00 - 5:00 pm, and Sunday wedding ceremony at 4:00 pm. Depending on the time of year it can get dark sooner then summer months. But of course your ceremony can start when you prefer.

Fireworks are not permitted and that includes Chinese lanterns.  We do allow sparklers but under supervision.

Can vehicles be left overnight?

No vehicles can be left overnight.  Please advise your guests of this policy.

What time does the music need to end?

Music on Friday should end at 10:30 and Saturday by 11:00pm to ensure that you, all your items, and all your vendors are off the property by your contracted time.  Music on Sundays must conclude by 7:30 pm to be off the property by 8:00 pm.

All deliveries and pick ups must happen during the standard rental period.  Please advise your vendors of this policy.

Yes that would be awesome!  We have some very old and beautiful trees that will make a good back drop.  Just ask us and we can dive you to all the spots and recommend a location.

Can we nail decorations to the walls or hang things from the ceiling?

Our walls are rough cedar and we do not allow anything to be nailed to the walls.  Our rafters are very high and for that reason we do not allow anything to be hung from the ceiling for safety reasons.
